Founded in 2011 by Rob Reed, The Bicycle Society is a TfL award winning organisation. We have taught over 10,000 children to ride bikes and have trained in more than 300 London schools.
We teach children from as young as 18 months, from getting on a balance bike for the first time to pedalling, BMXing and beyond.
See our timetable of events and book a course with us directly, or if you are a school or council, contact us about getting your pupils on their bikes and how we can equip teachers to use bikes with our CPD accredited KS1 & KS2 level courses.
Bike Club runs through School Holidays and Sundays.
Take a look at our Cycling Stages to determine what stage your child should start at.
If your child still needs a few more lessons to be confident balancing, starting and stopping you can keep coming for FREE!
We provide all of the bikes and equipment for everyone and have over 20 years experience in teaching anyone how to cycle.
All of our instructors are qualified with the accredited course, DBS/CRB checked and first aid trained.
